Most materials are suitable for our keepsakes, any thing from shirts to dressing gowns are ideal. Please avoid very thin materials like silk and chiffon, or heavy materials like chunky knit or leather.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with the address to send your precious clothing. We recommend using a tracked service so that your precious clothing doesn't go missing in the post.

Our current turnaround is around 4-6 weeks from the day we receive your clothing.

Due to the personalised nature of our keepsakes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once we begin working on your order.

If you require a refund before work has begun, a charge will be deducted to cover the cost of posting your clothes back to you.

In instances where your clothing hasn't arrived due to getting lost in the post we will refund the whole order.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our keepsakes we are unable to CE test them as they are made from your own clothing. This means that are unsuitable to be used as toys and we do not recommend they are given to anyone under the age of 14.
