    Browse a while and choose your favourite bear, or pick a fabulous cushion. Add your unique personalisation to your item. Complete your order and await a confirmation email.

  • Send Items

    Mailing instructions are included in the order confirmation email. Package your items securely and send to us. We recommend Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. We'll confirm receipt of your items and be happy to discuss any special requests.

  • Let Us Work Our Magic

    We'll then get to work and begin carefully curating the design of your chosen item! Your cherished item should be ready in 4-6 weeks. All items are sent directly to you via trusted couriers and are tracked.

What To Send...

Nearly anything can be used for your keepsake! Just keep in mind that we can't work with anything too thick, such as leather or chunky knit, or too thin, such as silk or chiffon. Items like tshirts, dresses, shirts and skirts are perfect. Check out each individual keepsake page for exact numbers of how many items of clothing you'll need to send. Rest assured, we'll endeavour make use of everything you send.
